Are you looking for a bible program for your Windows Mobile device? Check out e-Sword, it's a great way to study the Bible, you can download several different translations of the bible including several different languages.
The program is free (but donations are requested), and most of the bible translations are free. Although some translation and research text do cost money, generally because they're still copyrighted material.

A few years ago I heard about a Bible teacher from a web site. He has recommended this software for years on his web page.
I recently installed this software on my Tilt. I agree this is wonderful software. I only have the KJV version which is included with the initial installation. It is very easy to use while at church. The navigation was simple to figure out without having to read the help.
